May 2016, Day 4, Yoshikaze v Takanoiwa

Yoshikaze applies relentless pressure to Takanoiwa, who can’t seem to land a solid hit mostly due to Yoshikaze’s excellent hand-fighting and movement. Yoshikaze steadily works his way inside, defending well against a kotenage (armlock throw) attempt and then a sokubiotoshi (head chop down) attempt, finally ending up in a good morozashi double-under position for the easy yorikiri win. Well, the end was easy. Getting there required some effort.
