November 2016, Day 1, Kotoshogiku v Kaisei

Kotoshogiku doesn’t win with throwing techniques very often – less than 9% over his entire career. Mostly he likes getting low, setting his hips, and forcing out his opponent with relentless pressure. But Kaisei gives him the opportunity for an easy one and he takes it, ushering the Brazilian out with the left-hand uwatedashinage (pulling overarm throw).
