November 2016, Day 3, Kagayaki v Ikioi

Kagayaki comes hard with the nodowa and tsuppari (throat push and thrust attack), but Ikioi wades right through it, deflecting Kagayaki’s arms and ending up with his right arm high underneath Kagayaki’s left. Kagayaki plants his right foot on the tawara to keep from going out backwards, but he’s off-balance and in prime position to be thrown. Ikioi obliges with the sukuinage (beltless arm throw).
