November 2016, Day 12, Harumafuji v Kisenosato

Kisenosato weathers the initial storm from Yokozuna Harumafuji and then charges. Despite giving up the left-hand underarm grip and not really having a grip of his own, Kisenosato uses his size to march the Harumafuji quickly backwards, while his left arm corrals the usually mobile Yokozuna and prevents escape. Solid sumo from the Ozeki, who has now defeated all three Yokozuna this tournament. He is now tied with Harumafuji and Ishiura, one loss behind 11-1 tournament leader Kakuryu.
