January 2017, Day 15, Chiyoshoma v Sadanoumi

When two 7-7 wrestlers meet on the final day, their rank is on the line and both come out motivated. Today it’s Sadanoumi who ends up on top, winning the hidari-yotsu (left hand under, right hand over) battle. He stifles Chiyoshoma before setting his hips low and lifting Chiyoshoma, sliding him back and over the edge. They tumble together into the front row, squashing a photographer (who probably got a great shot, don’t feel bad).
