March 2017, Day 12, Ichinojo v Takakeisho

Takakeisho does a great job dealing with the size difference and reach advantage of Ichinojo. He manages to keep his hips moving, and once Ichinojo gets a right hand on his belt he starts shuffling backwards to keep Ichinojo guessing. A good left hand from Takakeisho into Ichinojo’s ribs sends his much larger opponent tumbling to the clay. Takakeisho picks up his eighth win, and Ichinojo falls to 5-7.
